TITLE: A NoC-based Many-Core System Design Method"
WHEN: Wednesday, 24th of October 2012, 11 a.m. to 12:30 a.m.
VENUE: Room IT-209 (Raja 15)
Many-core systems-on-chip are considered as the next generation high performance low power embedded and supercomputing processors.
Networks-on-Chip (NoC) have been proposed as one of the best interconnect concepts for core-to-core communication due to its scalability and high throughput. To achieve a high performance and low power in a NoC-based many-core system, an appropriate design methodology is required.
In this presentation, a proper comprehensive design methodology and design flow will be introduced, which will include from high level down to implementation.
