*Controllable power outlets: One of the important aspects of remote labs in general is to guarantee the safety of the instruments under use. One of these safety points is control over power lines of the boards while the user is not using the service. Hence, we need to add controllable power outlet through the server.

		+	Here are some updates from the previous version:
		+	* The Safety-Monitoring system can check all the sensors and monitor the behaviour of the lift more carefully.
		+	* On-Board seven-segment display has been removed. Each floor has a separate seven segment.
		+	* Heat-sink was added to the regulator IC
